Sacred Sphere's Mission
​At Sacred Sphere, I hold the belief that every woman (including cisgender and those who identify as female) has the potential to lead a fulfilling and purposeful life. My services in Life Coaching, Grief Companioning, and healing sessions are specifically designed to address the unique needs and aspirations of each client. With extensive skills and experience, I am dedicated to helping women overcome challenges, gain insight, and foster personal growth.

I am particularly devoted to ensuring that my clients feel supported during their transitions, traumas, and experiences of pregnancy and infant loss. I truly believe that having a compassionate companion can significantly ease the journey through life's difficulties. You are not alone.

I believe that true healing begins with feeling safe and grounded in your own body. Creating a sense of safety is essential, as it allows the mind, heart, and spirit to open up to growth, transformation, and deep healing.

Recognizing the demands of modern life, I offer both in-person and remote sessions. Our distance sessions take place via video conferencing, allowing you to engage in coaching from the comfort of your own home or office.

Why work with a Coach? And me specifically?

I do not have all the answers for you, nor will I. You have the answers within you already. You know yourself, your story, and your situations more than I ever could. As your Coach, I support and assist you on your journey to connect with the answers within, to help guide you to see a different perspective, remove mental blocks, shift your mindset, and feel confident to take action when you are ready to show up for yourself.

During my first sprint triathlon, while I ran (the last leg of the race and my weakest portion), spectators cheered me on. Strangers I had never met and would never see again encouraged me to keep going. I can't express how much I needed that at that exact moment. Support is essential. I love the opportunity to cheer others on, not to run the race for them but to encourage them on their path.

What does a Grief Companioning / Holding Space session look like?
​
Grief can be a constant companion for a lot of us. The loss of a loved one, major life transitions, personal traumas, caregiving, and more can bear a heaviness upon our shoulders and hearts. I am not here to fix anything, nor could I. During a Grief / Holding Space session you are allowed to talk and share and express whatever comes up in a safe place. You will be heard and supported and allowed to feel and lean into whatever comes up. Together we will lean in, cry, breath and feel. Grief will shift and transform in its own divine timing. There is no rushing; simply watching and allowing the flow to happen.

In our society, we are rushed through grief. Being told to get over it or suppressing our feelings for the comfort of others. Grief is painful, grief is beautiful, grief is a reminder that love was there. If you are experiencing grief and want support to feel deeply into what you are feeling, know you have a safe place to come and just be.

Can a Coaching or Grief Companioning session be combined with Cranioscaral Therapy or Reiki?
​
Absolutely. Sometimes, bodywork combined with coaching or companioning can bring a deeper impact to your session. For distance sessions, Reiki and CST SomatoEmotional Release both work wonderfully. If in person, both Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki can be with both sessions.

What can be addressed during sessions?
​
Most clients come with an intention or issue to be worked on during our time together. Issues from mental or emotional blocks, traumas, shadow work, spiritual growth, anxiety, depression, feelings of being stuck, interpersonal problems, grief, loss, personal growth and many more. During our session we could use one or a combination of methods to address what you would like to work on. That could involve talk and sharing, Craniosacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Reiki, Somatic practices, or any combination that fits your highest and greatest good that day.

As a transformational life coach, my goal is to guide individuals through a process of self-discovery, empowerment, and goal attainment. Together we identify and achieve personal and professional goals. We work collaboratively to clarify values and aspirations, and create a roadmap to achieve desired outcomes.

Holding Space
In my role as a Holding Space Consultant and Grief Companion my main emphasis is on establishing a secure and non-judgmental space where individuals feel free to express their thoughts and emotions. I actively practice empathy, engage in active listening, and validate the experiences of the individuals I work with.

As a Craniosacral and SomatoEmotional Release Therapist, my focus is holistic healing. This involves gentle manipulation on the craniosacral system to regulate imbalances stored in the body. Working with the subtle rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid we release restrictions in the craniosacral system, aiming to promote balance and the body's natural ability to heal

As a Reiki Master, I facilitate Reiki healing, a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, clears energetic blockages, and stimulates the body's healing processes.. During a session, in person, or at a distance, I place my hands on or above the body, allowing the energy to flow where it's needed.

Shadow work is a powerful journey of self-exploration and growth, acknowledging and embracing the parts of ourselves that we often keep hidden—our fears, insecurities, and unresolved emotions. We learn to understand and accept all parts of who we are, leading to greater self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal empowerment.

Mindset is the lens through which we view the world and our place in it. Cultivating a positive mindset is crucial in life for achieving goals and unlocking potential. Shifting limiting beliefs to empowering perspectives helps transform challenges into opportunities, build resilience, and create lasting change in various life aspects.

Grief companioning is a heart-centered approach to supporting those who are grieving. Rather than trying to fix or diminish their pain, it involves being fully present and walking alongside them as they navigate their grief journey. Listening, support and a safe space allows grief to be acknowledged as a natural human experience that should be witnessed with compassion.

Self-Regulation is the focus on guiding individuals to manage their emotional and physiological well-being. Techniques like mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork are used to help individuals navigate daily life by giving the skills needed to take an active role in their own self-regulation journey, fostering self-awareness.
