My bio. This is the part where I tell you who I am what I do, and how I got here.  My story, like many others, has fascets of good and bad, ups and downs, amazing and terrifying. In my life, and in essence my coaching practice, I want to be real, upfront, honest, genuine, and vulnerable. I spent so many years of my life playing small. Staying in the shadows. Not believing I was good enough for greatness. Feeling insignificant and unworthy. Feeling I was a waste of space and a burden to so many.  A collection of narcissistic abusive relationships from childhood to adulthood. A lifelong battle with health issues. Toxic religious experiences. Unbalanced relationships and friendships. Unfulfilling work where I gave more than I received. Internal battles with myself. Feeling I never belonged anywhere and even believing the world would be a better place without me in it.  

Through all this, there was a spark, a tiny ember sometimes barely glowing, that kept me going. I was scared of my own light, my own greatness. I was terrified of myself and my potential. Because if I ever chose myself, I would have to show up. I would have to be seen. And that in itself terrified me. 

From the depths and aftermath of an abusive marriage the divorce, where i found myself more than shattered, beyond anything recognizable, feeling soulless, is where i began my shaky journey to myself.  It hasn’t always been a straight uphill journey.  There have been shallows, depths, backsteps bad choices…and A LOT of progress.  I found therapy, counselors, mentors, self-help books, and practices. I discovered yoga and the breath. I found the joy in stillness and the beauty of sleep. Slow Somatic movements and Craniosacral Therapy to release the unspoken trauma my body held. Finding community where i can ask for help and be held without judgement. And discovering a passionate and unwavering discipline for my own self love. 

My personal journey has been the greatest achievement in my life. Putting myself and my happiness first. Discovering who i am and how i want to show up in the world. If i don’t fill my own cup i can’t fill the worlds i wish to. I have tried and dabbled in so many methods, techniques, practices, you name it, to find my path, and I have. And I will always keep exploring and finding what works and what doesn’t.  

As humans, we all have our stories: the good, the bad, the ugly, and the beautiful.  Through my healing and growth, I have grown to love hearing other’s stories. Listening to their triumphs and mishaps.  I didn’t have much support in my journey in the beginning. I always had to do things the hard way. Because of that, I want to share my stories, my experience, and my knowledge to support other women on their journeys to, hopefully, have them feel supported and understood. To know they have someone by their side as they traverse their growth and expansion and have a companion to fan their flames into their bright light of greatness.

I also created Sacred Whispers, Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Groups because of my own infertility and loss journey.  The losses and grief I did alone.  I kept things to myself.  As I began to grow and heal and realize how important community is I sought out healing with others.  I never went through a pregnancy loss group of any kind and I wished I had.  When I was ready to finally find one I couldn't find one that felt like home to me. So I decided to create what I wish existed for my own healing.  ​
