During a somatoemotional release session, clients are invited into a safe and supportive environment where they can explore and process unresolved emotions, trauma, and stress that may be impacting their well-being. As a Reiki Master, I facilitate Reiki healing, a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes balance and harmony in the recipient.
